Brenda Novak's Online Auction to Benefit Diabetes Research

Diabetes is a killer. My 15 year old son was diagnosed with it when he was 11. It's been a tough almost five years, but things are looking up. I met Brenda Novak, a NY Times bestselling author, at a local writers meeting. Her son has the disease, too. Brenda is a dynamo. She took a proactive approach and started her Online Auction a few years ago. Since then, it's raised more than $700,000 for diabetes research!!
