Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I can be found in the laundry, folding laundry, sorting laundry and dropping off the dry cleaning. I am mum to two boys, boss of my husband and master of a cat and a guinea pig. I love to laugh and enjoy a social tipple. Come nightfall, I am a professional channel surfer dedicated to yelling at the screen during the news. During my waking hours I ferry kids around in the car while drinking takeaway coffees. I think about going to the gym every day. I cannot pass a microphone without singing a song despite my lack of talent. I used to work in the publishing industry before I realised it was nothing like Elaine Benes from Seinfeld made out like it was. Regrets, I've had a few. Welcome to Woogworld.

I was out at a party on Saturday night and met a heap of great new people. Mr Woog was like "I will not know anyone there, Do not leave me alone." But of course as soon as I got there I made a bee-line for the champers and did not see him again for a few hours. (Mr Woog, you are not 9.)

So far this season has bit the big one. Day 3 of Spring is here and already it blows. But I am determined to turn my frown upside down today and be the cool, upbeat, spring in my step type of puffa-vest wearing Volvo 4WD cranking mum that walk the streets where I live.

But it is just not me.

I got a few emails from a nasty troll, who dared to question me and my views. But after threatening to publish his email address, I have not heard…
