We did not start out planning to have so many bunnies, but because we let our bunnies out of their cage every day into a pen, they have done what comes natural. They dig, and I mean they really did…Continue

I had the pleasure of sharing my photos, tales, and bunnies with students at Whigham Elementary this morning. They enjoyed seeing my bunny photos on the screen and hearing about them too. Their favorite part was getting to see my 3 little bunnies and getting to pet one. One cute little boy asked me what I would charge him for a bunny. I told him that I brought them to show and they were not for sale. He then said, "I have $4!" How cute is that?

Hi Everyone:
We had our 'mini' Thanksgiving in February over the weekend. My husband has 6 siblings, and they all have their own families that they spend the Thanksgiving holiday with. My sister-in-law, Cara, started a tradition several years ago. She felf that it was important for the siblings to have time together. So, she prepares the traditional Thanksgiving meal, and brings it to my home in Febrary. All the siblings that are available come and spend the weekend. This gives…

We're having company next week end, so I started cleaning today. You know, the kind of things I don't do every week: cleaning windows, moving and sweeping furniture, wiping kitchen cabinets. I'll try to do a project or 2 each day and hopefully I'll be finished by the time our guest arrive.
The guest are family that we don't see but a couple of times a year. We call this time together "Thanksgiving in February". We have the traditional turkey, dressing, and all that goes with…

Patsy, Thank you so much for your friend request. Hey that makes you my first friend since I joined. How nice. And what an interesting person you are...I would love to know more about the books you write. One of my all time favorite books is Watership Down, so I'm a lover of bunnies and books about them. I'll look forward to checking out your facebook page.

Hi Patsy:
Thank you! I'll check you out on facebook. Thanks for the friend request!
Hi Patsy, It's so great to meet you as well. I would be happy to check out your book. If I feel it is suitable for a review for my website, I will let you know. Looking forward to connecting with you and lots of other Moms, authors, and bloggers. Cheers, Renee :-)
Hi Patsy! Thanks for wanting to be friends! :) We live right outside of Disney and enjoy the south very much after living in New England for many years of snow and ice. Georgia peaches are the best!! I'm partial to the FL strawberries too. So good! I love to write children's books too. I have already written two choose your own adventure novels (not edited yet) for preteens and one easy reader aimed towards little girls, but have yet to try and get them published. Too many directions to go in I guess. I would love to hear about your experiences with writing and how to get published. My deepest wish is to leave a legacy of books I've written to my children some day. Looking forward to getting to know you more and read your blog and book. :) Please have a very blessed weekend.

Hi Patsy,
Nice to meet you!
Hi Patsy! Thanks for reaching out. I will absolutely check out your book. I'm a big believer in following one's dream(s). I will eventually figure out how to connect my links, etc. I'm knee deep developing a new site called In Mom's Corner, which, by the way, is all about helping moms figure out who they are, what they want, and how to get it. It should launch sometime in March. Lots of work still to do. Congratulations!! and good luck ;-)
Hi Patsy,
Very nice to meet you! Just read your blog and what a great story. My maiden name is Henry and my Dad's name is Jerry too. So it was funny when I read the first sentence :-)
Where are your books available?.
I'm also on twitter http://www.twitter.com/organicngreen and Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Live-And-Look-Healthy/109257605793108
