Simple Holiday Candy Cane Pound Cake

1 package cake mix: white or chocolate

1 package 8oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs

2 t peppermint extract

1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
