I am happily married with five children and five grandchildren. I was born in Lancashire in England, but now live in Kent - also in England. I went to school in Somerset and Gloucestershire, to college in London, and earned my degree with the Open University in 2003. I worked in offices for many years and then became a fostercarer, caring for children between the ages of 5 days and 16 years. I then opened a residential Mother and Baby unit in my home, helping young Mums to bond with and care for their children. I have spent a large part of my life caring for the young, now I am turning my attention to helping older people fight the anti-ageing battle.
What is your blogging philosophy?
To help people feel better about themselves in all aspects of health and wellbeing, but particularly when theythink they're looking older than they feel and want to do something about it.
I have been blogging since...
I'm still in process of starting up, having had to go back to the beginning.
