I don't know if the phrase "Just breathe." is inspiring to me or just flat out annoying. I don't mean to be a negative nellie, but is it just me or is that phrase a LOT easier said than done? My life has been nothing short of a whirlwind and it has been becoming more and more hectic each day that passes. My current goal?
