My daughter had the coolest French extra credit project. She had to make a video of herself making Maple Taffy. It is a really fun thing to make (especially in the cooler months). If you have little little ones you probably need to help them, but even watching (as my 5y/o son did) is so fun!  

Apparently my hand is incredibly shaky, but my daughter did all the cooking and editing herself. She even found royalty free music to add.  She is so much better at this than me…
