Hello all!

I am new to this site but am very excited to meet new craft fans and business owners.

I have always been a craft enthusiast. Now I have taken 25 years of experience in crafting, 15 years experience in business and 16 in parenting to put together a new business that utilizes them all. TheKitPlace.com is my new e-commerce site that sells complete crafting project kits to save you time and money.

It all started when I would put together project kits for my friends and family. I would think of an idea, shop for all the materials, create instruction sheets and hand over the entire package for them to enjoy time spent. My sister would ask for her grade school classrooms, then the parents began asking for them as weekend activities with their children. Only when it became a lot of work on my 'free' time, did I realize I was offering a service that could be a business and help more than my direct set of people.

I am always looking for feedback, ideas, help and friendships to make this the best thing possible for all. I love the idea of creating craftinistas nationwide. Thanks for the warm welcome!
