Seems like everywhere I went today I heard someone comment on how tired they felt. I thought is was funny in an interesting way since I have been feeling the exact same way lately. No matter how well I sleep and how much rest i get, lately I have been feeling sluggish. Hmm, can it be something in the air, perhaps many of us have not adjusted to the time difference or just plain ole vitamin deficiency.

Hey all, just wanted to say " Have a good day today " Also share of couple of my thoughts,lol.

Thought 1 - I really have to slow down with my coffee drinking, everyday I think the same things and I just do not know how to go about doing it. I really love coffee!

Thought 2 - Basically, many other people's thoughts...Can't wait for the warm weather to come and stay, not just make an appearence, major tease the other day:)
