Ok so I 'll be turning 40 soon and this weekend I'll be taking my first long trip pretty far from home . I am excited and can't wait to go . Praying I get there safely and enjoy time with my colleges. Much more going on in my life, we are finishing half our basement, and as this year goes from winter to spring, I am planning lots other projects that I hope to have time for. The kids just loved it and my son is now at the age where he zips through from house to house having a blast ! My little girl was so cute carrying her candy and marching through the neighborhood so independently ! Just loved sharing that with them today.

Didn't think we would be "enjoying" a snow day so early in the season, but we are predicited to have one tomorrow. So at least if it does snow the predicited 5 to 8 inches, it will be melted by Monday so the kids can trick or treat ! I am also thinking how much we enjoyed snow days as kids. Hot chocolate, popcorn, playing in the snow. So eventhough I don't want it to snow tomorrow, if it does, I will just be at peace knowing my kids are happy and safe.
