Diet

Avoid white flour and sugar as well as the things made from them. Instead, the 1st Holistic website recommend a diet rich in fruits, grains, honey, milk, nuts, seeds, vegetables, vegetable oils, yeast, and yogurt. Inner health will show on the skin of your face and neck. So, eat right and let your natural beauty shine through.

 

Skin Care Products

You should use the same skin care regimen you normally use on your face on your neck and throat area. But, keep in mind that your skin has a 21- to 28-day life cycle. So, use your skin care products on the neck area for at least three weeks consistently. After three weeks, you may begin to see significant changes. If you are inconsistent or stop too early, you jeopardize the potential these cleansers, toners and moisturizers have of rejuvenating the look of your neck and throat.
