I thought that I would share with you my Thanksgiving look this year.  

I recently organized my jewelry. When I did I found one my favorite necklaces. It belonged to my great grandmother, It is simply yet incredibly beautiful. It sparkles like nothing else I own. A true classic statement piece.

When it comes to my "fancy face" I embrace a classic 50s look. 9 times out of 10 this is my standard look. 

I added some gold shimmer by using the gold from my Chanel Sparkling Satins quad.  I usually keep my lid matte, shimmer adds a glamorous touch, perfect for our evening feast. 

Feminine, classic and fearless embodies the woman who wears red!  
Red lips give me confidence.  Once applied I know I can take on the world.

The trick for wearing red is layering.  For this look I used the Revlon Just Bitten Kissing Balm Stain in Rendezvous, Chanel lip liner in Rouge and my absolute favorite red lipstick Passion by Chanel. 

1. Apply Revlon Just Bitten Kissing Balm Stain in Rendezvous like you would your lipstick using the stick to line your lips.  You don't need to be precise with this step.  We are creating a stain effect with this layer. 

2. Blot off excess.

3. Line lips with Chanel Rouge blending out any harsh lines by gently blending into the lips. I love this liner since it is waterproof it really holds your red in place. 

4. Blot again.

5. Apply Chanel Passion lipstick lightly all over lips. 

You can blot and reapply again if you like or apply a very very light dusting if setting powder over the top. It is up to you and how Bullet Proof you want your lips to be.
