Well I have just finished my first 30 minute workout which for a woman of my size is quite an accomplishment. I am probably more active then most people carrying as much weight as I do but usually only if I have to....lol My workout mainly consisted of dance aerobics, this is something that is fun for me and I will do it longer if I'm not thinking about the pain in my knees..lol Luckily I had the cutest workout buddy, my 2yr. old son. He loved that Mommy was dancing around with him.
I am continuing to do well with my Low Carb lifestyle and hope with combining the two I will soar through this weight loss journey. I'm weighing in on Saturday, I'll update my progress then. Thanks to everyone that has given me support. ;-)
