Crescendo is a website promoting women's issues through cartoons and art. Also they encourage artists to write their locations on the left bottom corner of their artwork whether or not they decide to submit their artwork. 

"We think this helps create perspective and an understanding climate for the people in that specific region by showing them reactions from groups in other regions when presented with the stories shown through the cartoons."

Currently, crescendo is craving all artwork and ideas or issues about your specific region regarding women's issues.

Truth: police don't have time to get all the bad guys.

But they try to reprimand men for bad things but it is more difficult. So they choose to get women doing less serious things such as jaywalking. In their defense, they will say it is illegal to jaywalk. On a daily and smaller scale, this becomes a world where people get away with more serious crimes because it is easier to keep order given the choice between a man and a woman.
