I have been having issues with my anxiety for the past couple of months and I think the worst is behind me for now. I had a long talk with my husband about the route I want to take for my business and I think I know what I am going to do next. 

I have been having anxiety issues since my dad passed and that was one of the things that I talked to my hubby about last night and I told him how I have been feeling. He has suggested I take a day out and have some fun with some girlfriends so now I am planning something for after the holidays for some much needed girl time. Like a mini retreat.
