No, I'm not getting surgery. But I am trying a new program featuring Brazilian trainer, Leandro Carvalho. Apparently, he helps get supermodels butt's in shape, so why not mine. Believe it or not, it's called Brazil Butt Lift.

Yes, it's true, my booty needs to go. Well, I suppose it has already gone... south that is. I need to get my booty heading back in the right direction. The goal is lifted, tighter and smaller. Like many women, even when I am in pretty good shape, my rear end still leaves room for improvement. So, I've taken on this new challenge.

When I first heard the name of this program I laughed out loud. I could not believe that Beachbody was selling a program with such a silly name. But, after hearing positive feedback from friends and clients, I decided to give it a try.

After week one, I am pleased to announce that this program is a KEEPER! My buns, hips and thighs are going to get ripped by summer. Who knows, maybe some day, I'll even be brave enough to post before and after photos. I'll at least post before and after measurements.
