  • Anger, irritability, or restlessness.
  • Feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unfocused.

  • Racing thoughts or constant worry.

When you feel yourself getting caught up in fear of what might happen, try to shift your focus to things you can control.

Seek support:

it’s important to stay connected as best we can and reach out for support when we need it, even as we cut back on in-person socializing.

Get relief/rebates:

Don’t let coronavirus dominate every conversation. It’s important to take breaks from stressful thoughts about the pandemic to simply enjoy each other’s company—to laugh, share stories, and focus on other things going on in our lives.

Keep yourself financially happy and satisfied.  Seek government financial assistance and aid that’s available if you are out of a job or  lost a  job. Make sure you get any bank refunds or relief/rebates  programs that are available to you in such a crisis

Social distancing doesn’t require you to stay in your home 24 hours per day. If the weather is nice, get outside and play! Or just read a book on your porch while your kids play. Either way, your whole family will benefit from busting out of your home and burning some energy.
