Inspired to Try a Rebounding Cardio Blast Workout

My kids will be back in school soon, and although they will be home in time to remind Mommy to exercise, I have to change things around a bit since 4PM will no longer be a convenient time to exercise. I don't want to lose motivation. A year from now, I don't want to be singing the same tune with the same complaints about my body, midsection especially. I've been turning to my fitness DVDs in addition to my elliptical, rower and weight bench, but I also want to change things up in a big way. While browsing YouTube, I came across AChampion's 15 Minute Rebounding Cardio Blast Workout. My gosh, that woman has energy! And, look at those arms!!!
