Is Water Purifier Really Necessary for Your Family?

Water is one of the most precious natural resources. 70% of the earth is covered in water, while only 2% of it is fresh. 1.6% of the same freshwater is contained in glaciers and polar ice caps. India being the world’s second most populated country, has a middle-class population that is fast growing which demands clean and safe water. Most people in the country practise open defecation, which pollutes our limited resource. Also, we have a dichotomy of two different populations who are desperately pulling at the same limited resource, out of which one group wants to grow and flourish while the other wants to survive. The pollution in the rivers of India is growing day by day, more than half of the rivers are highly polluted. Their levels are now considered unsafe by modern standards. A deadly mix of pollutants which are both hazardous as well as organic flow with waters of Yamuna, Ganga and Sabarmati. They are therefore considered the dirtiest flowing waters.

The amount of pollution and water contamination is increasing every passing day and consuming the same water is unhealthy for you and your family. Therefore, it is very necessary to get a water purifier for home. RO and UV water purifiers would be even better. Most Indian families still go for the traditional method of boiling water, but they don’t realise that boiling water won’t make it 100% pure, as it won’t remove different types of chemicals, microorganisms and deposits from water that leads to various health problems. However, you must have enough knowledge about purifiers before buying one.

  • Why is buying a water purifier necessary for home?

They say, drink enough water for staying hydrated, good health, healthy skin, etc. But the important part is to ensure whether the water you’re consuming is healthy or contaminated. Boiling water won’t remove all the contaminants, instead switch to RO water purifiers. These purifiers will protect you from germs as well as viruses that might cause various water-borne diseases like Cholera, Typhoid and Diarrhoea. Water purifier prices will depend so.

Very minute traces of heavy metals will be found in the water that you consume. This will cause many problems for your body over time. Because these heavy metals keep on accumulating in your body and never excreted out. Although you won’t see any early effect on the body if you continue drinking water that is not purified, the accumulation continues and causes many harmful disorders such as cancer, nerve damage, stunted growth and early death.

Staying protected from these harmful contaminants is necessary and its only solution is installing an RO or UV water purifier at home. Only these purifiers are able to remove harmful contaminants and microorganisms from water effectively. The water then becomes safe for consumption as these purifiers remove the dissolved salts as well as the dissolved impurities that make water safe for consumption.

Therefore, installing the best RO UV water purifier in your home is very necessary so that your family and you can get pure and safe water.
