Ove the past few years much has been written about kegel exercises. Have you heard about them? Did you know that basic Kegel exercises can dramatically change sex for you? Kegel exercises are performed by clenching and releasing the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles, also called the pelvic floor.
Women's pelvic floor can be strengthened before and after childbirth, to alleviate incontinence, and also to improve sex. Check out the infographic below for a quick how-to to strengthen your pelvic floor.
