The Holidays are in full force, can you feel all the Holiday cheer? 

I absolutely love the lights, decorations, family time and presents. 

This is a perfect time to reflect on the past year.  Spend time with family and friends while sharing a warm cup of cocoa or tea, spiked or unspiked, this is a time for happiness. 

I have been reflecting allot on this past year. This year I got serous about blogging. I realized that I missed sharing, teaching and learning about all things beauty.  I changed my lifestyle completely by continuing my gluten free eating and cutting out meat and almost all dairy (I still eat Greek yogurt, I am working on cutting that out to become full vegan).  I have lost 30 pounds over the year and 70 over the past two years. 

I owe a lot of this to all of you.  You keep me accountable in so many ways. You have reignited my passion for finding out what works for myself and then sharing it with you.  I promise I will continue to try alternative methods for home, health family and skincare.  Always sharing my discoveries good or not so good, with you, my subscribers. Thank You!!
