I love avocados. They provide healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, which I'm not going to dwell so much into the nutrition breakdown. Unfortunately, my kids hate them. I've tried so many ways to include avocado in their meals but to no avail. So, I've decided to make them as snacks instead. And guess what? It works like a charm every single time!
This super simple 5-step recipe with just 5 ingredients (yeah, you heard me right!) has never failed me. The zesty lemon flavor and aroma from the parmesan, makes it very flavorful. You don't need any seasoning, neither you need much salt and pepper.
If you can't finish them, you can store the leftovers in an air-tight container for 2 days. However, these avocado chips are so good, they're gone within a day.
