Brockmans Gin's newest seasonal cocktail, the Spirited Leap, was created just for those people who will be in the mood for a nice, smooth cocktail on Leap Night, Monday, February 29. A non-traditional gin, Brockmans is crafted using a signature botanical recipe with flavors including Bulgarian coriander, juniper from Tuscany and orange peel, topped with notes of mountain blueberries and blackberries. Each bottle is made by batch distillation conducted in traditional copper stills, resulting in a refreshing, one-of-a-kind taste that is distinctly Brockmans Gin.

Brockmans Spirited Leap 
2 parts Brockmans Gin 
4 Raspberries 
6 Blackberries 
1 part lemon juice 
1 part simple syrup

Add the raspberries, blackberries and the simple syrup to the shaker and then muddle the ingredients together. Add the Brockmans Gin and fill up the glass with ice and shake. To serve, fill a tumbler with crushed ice and single strain the mixture into the tumbler. Top the rest of the glass with more crushed ice and add blackberry, raspberry and a sprig of mint for garnish.
