SUGARED CRANBERRIES

Ingredients:

2 cups granulated sugar

1 tablespoon water

1 12-ounce package of Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries

1 egg white

Directions:

Rinse fresh or frozen cranberries with cold water in a colander. Drain well and set aside.

Make an egg white wash by whisking one egg white and 1 Tablespoon of water in a small bowl.

Pour some granulated sugar on a plate or shallow bowl. Dip cranberries, one at a time, in egg wash, then roll in sugar. Place coated berries on sheet of waxed
