I stumbled on this thru another site (www.thelegacyofhome.blogspot.com).  I think this is a great way to journal when there's not a lot of time to do so.

FOR TODAY

Outside my window... dark night, neighbor's porchlights are on.

I am thinking... of going to bed and that I want to get up early in the morning.

I am thankful for... my son and the pleasant day out we had today.

From the learning rooms... welll I just bought Zachary the "ABC Text To Go" by vtech.

From the kitchen... dishes that will have to wait until tomorrow morning.

I am wearing... black sweatpants and an orange sweatshirt.  The orange sweatshirt used to be the only thing I could really fit toward the end of my pregnancy/after I had baby boy.  This is probably the most comfortable set of clothes I have right now.

I am creating... baby blankets for the Pregnancy Center.

I am going... to stay home tomorrow!

I am reading...  The Legacy of Home blog- I recommend if you're big on raising an old fashioned, Christian family (I am!).

I am hoping... that tomorrow will be a fun day tomorrow.

I am hearing... the "Empty Nest" reruns.

Around the house... half of the family is sleeping.

One of my favorite things... is going in the bedroom and hearing the light breathing of my son while he sleeps.

A few plans for the rest of the week: hopefully in the next week I will finish the blanket I'm working on, start up a parenting study, and go to a bday party for the little girl next door.
