Glamour Magazine (August 2010, page 122) says it’s ok to paint only your first two nails when you wear peep-toe shoes. WHAT?! That’s ludicrous...The day you only paint 2 nails is the day (for whatever reason) you have to take your shoe off in front of someone and you will look so g***** fabulous.

Does that mean it’s now ok to not comb your hair if you wear a hat? To not brush your teeth if you don’t plan to talk? To drive in pj’s if you don’t plan to get out the car? To put makeup on a dirty face if you’re in a rush? WIll the new fad be painting just the big toe? Stop.the.madness.

It is NOT ok to paint only your first two nails when you wear peep-toe shoes. Paint all your toes or leave them all unpainted. Keep it CLASSY!
