Take the 30 Day Guns, Buns and Ab Challenge with me!

I'm at a point now where I feel ready to add more of a challenge to my workouts. For a while, I've been pinning workouts on Pinterest and going googly eyes over women body parts that I want to emulate (guns, buns and abs...get your mind out of the gutter, lol). I continue the same old routine without much change, so I'm not seeing much change physically. I need to push myself. Next week I start crossfit training at a different center than the one I went to before and I'm excited. But, while I'm home I want to do extras on days that are not rest days.
