Forget coffee its bad . some say tea is also bad , but it has many  good beneficial  benefits. If you are a coffee drinker hopefuly the good points below will help your switch

Scientists have found that the catechins (antioxidants) in green tea extractincrease the body's ability to burn fat as fuel, which accounts for improved muscle endurance. Drinking tea could help reduce the risk of heart attack. Tea contains substances linked to a lower risk for heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
