Over the course of the last few weeks, I have been sent emails, instant messages and had conversations with folks who are tired of making excuses for why they have lived a less than healthy lifestyle. Today's post is about my family. As you can see from the picture above, we are working together to improve our health. Not only does it help us physically but brings us closer as a family. Here are 10 Healthy ideas to help you with your weight loss/fitness goals.

1. Move More

Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time.
