Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I am a mom of three little girls who is determined to figure out how to master emotional balance in mothering. I most recently left a Ph.D. program to be home with my girls full-time. Since I am a writer at heart, I found that being home, totally immersed in mothering gave me some great material to work with. It is my mission to inspire other mothers (working and stay-at-home) to not neglect their inner-selves and to realize that when they take care of themselves and their needs first, they are better able to be mindful mamas.
