Mom of 3 kids, ages 10, 8 and 3. I have been a SAHM for 3 years. I have been focusing on healthier eating habits and increasing physical activity for myself and my family, especially for the past couple of years. I'm learning how to cook "from scratch" while working around multiple food allergies, a diabetic husband, and picky eaters! So, I decided to start blogging about my experiences!
