Hi! My name is Melissa. I live in Memphis. I’m a wife and mommy of a sweet little one-year-old boy. I have a master’s degree in social work and am currently a part time behavioral therapist in a preschool. My whole life I have wanted to be a stay-at-home mom. Now that I have my son, that dream is as big as ever, and I’m working toward making that dream a reality.
While in grad school, I started a journey to lose weight and become healthy. I ended up losing 100 pounds and maintaining that weight loss until I gained 80 lbs while pregnant. Since having the baby I have lost about half the weight and am still going.

My blog is about how I try to maintain my healthy lifestyle while being the best wife and mama I can be. Here you will find recipes, tutorials, tips, and motivation for your healthy lifestyle.
